I am by no means a baker. Believe me. I’ve tried and had some pretty hilarious results in my attempts to do so. But nothing makes me want to bake more than reading one of Jenny Han’s WONDERFUL Lara Jean books. These are some of my very favorite fluffy YA contemporary novels, and the latest installment in the series, Always and Forever, Lara Jean, certainly lived up to all of my expectations. So which wine did I pair with Always and Forever, Lara Jean? This lovely Cake Sauvignon Blanc of course! This wine is light and lovely just like the book! It includes a hint of passionfruit, which hints at the, ahem, passion between Lara Jean and a certain swoony book boyfriend known as Peter K.
